Registration is open to all who meet eligibility requirements.
When
Registration for 2011-2012 season: Date: 01/21/2012 11:00am-1:00 pm. Registration fee is $60.00. There is also a $10.00 Field Maintenance fee per family.
Where
The location will be at Bloomsburg Fire Hall. Don't forget to bring your 3 signed copies of your ayso registration form along with 1 copy of the Player Medical Release form and cash or checks made out to "Bloomsburg AYSO" to any of these registrations. Bring a copy of your childs birth certificate if he/ she has not played for AYSO in the past. See below for instructions on how to register.

Costs
The Board of Directors sets the registration rates each year based on the annual budget. The registration fee for the 2011- 2012 season is $60.00.

We ask that PLAYERS AND VOLUNTEERS all PRE-REGISTER by visiting http://www.eayso.com. PRE-REGISTERING will save both you and the Registration Team time. Please follow the instructions. Bring along 3 signed copies of your pre-registration form along with 1 copy of the Player Medical Release form and cash or checks payable to "Bloomsburg AYSO" to any of our registrations or contact our registrar. Bloomsburg AYSO is always looking for motivated people interested in helping our program with all the various tasks it requires to run smoothly. Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Parents, Field workers and Registration Day workers are all vital to our continued success. NO PRIOR SOCCER EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY for you to volunteer.
